Location is in the city centre near to all tourist attractions.Comfy bed and helpful staff.
problem in the shower was leaking but they fix it asap.

Excellent location right in the middle of Gran Via. Staff is also very friendly :)
The lift to the hotel was a bit sketchy, but everything else was super :)

We would come again.
Easy check in. Nice part of town. It's right off of Gran Via (touristy). Metro is close but we walked and took Ubers. The airport is 15 - 20 minutes away.
Shower leaks onto the floor. I have one of those in an RV (Caravan?). Mine leaks worse!
